‘South Park’ 25th Anniversary Concert at Red Rocks Sets Obvious TV Date
Trey Parker and Matt Stone, creators of one of the biggest comedy TV shows ever, as well as new owners of Casa Bonita, will be celebrating 25 years of 'South Park.'
The guys have two shows happening at Red Rocks to celebrate 25 years of South Park, August 9 and August 10, 2022. The shows are bound to be epic; not only will the guys be doing some of the most iconic TV characters ever live on stage, but the bands Primus and Ween will be on hand, as well.
It's been one hell of a run for "South Park," watching those 3rd/4th graders and their town get into all sort of shenanigans. Comedy Central must bring the show up when it comes to the 'best decisions' they've ever made. It's really still kind of hard to believe that these two "goofballs" from CU have created such an empire, including purchasing Denver's famed Casa Bonita. It should make every Coloradan proud.

Maybe, even though you love the show, you're just not up to spending the money to be at either of the concert dates. You may see the ticket price and pull a "Cartman:"
On the bright side, they will be airing the concert on television. Which, can be even better. You won't have make the hike up to the Red Rocks amphitheatre, you won't have pay $14 for a beer, and you can pause to go to the fridge to get another cheap beer.
WHEN WILL THE 'SOUTH PARK CONCERT' BE ON TV?
It really is obvious, as the show is celebrating its 25th year. Cartman, Kyle, Stan, and Kenny hit the airwaves on Wednesday, August 13, 1997. So, Comedy Central has set the air date for the anniversary concert for August 13, 2022 at 10 p.m. Paramount+ subscribers can catch the concert starting on the following day.
