Do you have spectacular weekend plans that you are bragging to all your friends about? No?

Well you do now – that is, if you attend one of these four upcoming weekend events (extra emphasis on option number 3 on this list).

Here are things to do in Fort Collins Northern Colorado during the Jan. 24-26 weekend.

Get your dancin’ shoes ready, it is officially time for the 2020 Father Daughter Dance in Greeley, Colorado. Happening from 6-8 p.m. on both Friday and Saturday, fathers and daughters of all ages are invited to come dance their socks off. Admission is $40 per couple, $45 on the day of the dance and an additional $10 per daughter for fathers with multiple dance partners. Tickets can be purchased online, at the Family FunPlex, the Greeley Recreation Center or by calling (970)-350-9400. This ticket includes refreshments, a professional family photo and all the dancing you could imagine.

This is the home show you won’t want to miss. The Ranch Events Complex invites you to meet with local and national vendors, get new home décor ideas, check out the latest trends and save thousands on your next home improvement project. Northern Colorado’s largest home show extends over a three-day period: from noon to 8 p.m. on Friday; 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday; and at 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday. To excite you even more for this event, parking and admission are both free.

Did you heart melt simply at the thought of this? Just me? Wherever you land on the puppy-loving scale, this furry event is sure to put a smile on anyone’s face. Maxline Brewing in Fort Collins (2724 McClelland Drive) hosts this adorable, foster-based puppy rescue. Happening from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sunday, Maxline Brewing invites you and your friends to come relax, have a beer and most importantly, hold/play with puppies from Bounce Animal Rescue. Admission for this fluffy hangout is free, but donations to Bounce Animal Rescue are encouraged.

I know for a fact, half of the population’s New Years Resolutions were about clean eating and starting healthy dieting habits. The Opera Galleria in Old Town Fort Collins gives you the perfect opportunity to start, with the Winter Farmers Market. This tasty market reoccurs on select winter Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The market is back open this Saturday. Several different farms will have booths set up so that you can pick out your favorite produce from a wide variety of farm-fresh options.
