The Poudre Fire Authority battled a Fort Collins house fire in Thursday morning's snow.

The fire department responded to the incident on the 1900 block of Sheely Drive just after 8 a.m.

PFA reported using a fog nail — a nozzle drilled through the roof to spray mist — to help fight the fire.

Around 8:45 a.m., PFA reported that the fire was under control and units were starting to be released from the scene.
